Tulsa Habitat for Humanity is a local, non-profit affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. We work in partnership with low-income people to eliminate substandard housing conditions at a local level. The Tulsa affiliate began in 1988, and has completed  170 homes so far, providing shelter for over 500 Tulsans. We are currently planning to build 25 houses in 2008.

Our spring season of building homes is in progress.

Your organization could be a part of the ever-growing number of companies, churches and foundations who are impacting Tulsa by building affordable homes for low-income families.   If you would like to explore SPONSORSHIP & BUILDING with Tulsa Habitat, please contact Paul Kent, Deputy Executive Director, at (918) 592-4224 x 203 or pkent@habitat-tulsa.org

This spring our home sponsors include:  Asbury United Methodist, Boston Avenue United Methodist Church, First United Methodist (Tulsa), Southern Hills Baptist Church, St. Bernard's Catholic Church, and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, including 15 Lutheran churches from the greater Tulsa area.  Companies and other groups include:  Arvest Bank, Bank of America, HILTI, Murphy Resources, Newfield Exploration, Nordam, ONEOK, Samson, Tuesday Morning Miracle Workers, and Women Builder's.
